Jeff joined New Directions Search in early 2006 as a recruiter. He is dedicated to developing long-term candidate and client relationships. Jeff believes that a successful search is driven by ambition and perseverance, while keeping the client’s interests as the first priority.

     Jeff earned a B.S. in Finance and a Professional Pilots Certificate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He began his career in the corporate finance and real estate banking fields. His experiences in these areas developed the thoroughness, follow through, and professionalism he finds necessary for the search business.

     Outside of the office, Jeff can be found in the water or on the slopes. He enjoys waterskiing, snowboarding, running, and a variety of other sports with his family and friends.
