Jeff joined New Directions Search in 2003. Relationship building, integrity and dedication are the foundation of Jeffs’ client-focused approach. In addition, his intense listening skills, willingness to go above and beyond expectations and his overall enthusiasm assist him as he splits his time between account management, business development, networking, and recruitment activities.

     Jeff has a B.A. in Political Science from Concordia University, River Forest and a M.S. in Managerial Leadership from National-Louis University. Prior to joining New Directions Search, Jeff was in university admissions, most recently Senior Assistant Director of Admission for Drake University in their Chicago area office. This opportunity allowed Jeff to develop his leadership, professional communication and time management skills in a similar service industry.

     In his free time, Jeff can often be found with his wife and two young children. He is also involved with his local church, enjoys traveling, a variety of sports, and jogging with his Labrador. Jeff, originally from Alabama, considers himself a displaced southerner and is anxiously waiting for the day that Waffle House finds its way to Chicago.
