Dale A. Frank, CEO

      Dale A. Frank, one of the founders of New Directions Search, Inc. in 1980, has over 30 years in the search business with two firms. His undergraduate degree is in business and economics from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois and his M.B.A., with a concentration in marketing, is from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

     As Chief Executive Officer, Dale gives strategic direction to the company and provides trusted hands-on leadership to many of the searches and client relationships. With his understanding of today’s business environment and global manufacturing issues, he is skilled at carefully assessing the client need and quickly determining the fit of candidates with both the position profile and the company culture.

     Dale is married with four children and three grand children. Outside of the office, Dale and his son-in-law mentor a group of twenty-five high school students from their church. He also enjoys sports, playing on two softball teams and participating in cardio tennis. Finally, Dale enjoys reading historical non-fiction, especially eighteenth and nineteenth century American history.
