Owen joined the NDS team in 2004, a year after graduating from Wheaton College. He has since completed a Masters degree from Aurora University, and continues to take classes sporadically with an eye on eventually attempting to complete a PhD in Economics.

     Owen enjoys getting to know people and learn from them, and he gets excited about finding the right fit for both our clients and the candidates he works with. Forthrightness and perseverance are his hallmarks.

     Owen is a die-hard Cubs fan and a basketball enthusiast. He enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and keeping up with current events. He stays actively involved in his church as a first grade Sunday School teacher.
