Nate joined the New Directions Search team in 2001. His educational experience includes a B.A. in Communications from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University. Prior to his current assignment, Nate played professional basketball in Europe and, most recently, served as West Coast Marketing Representative for a financial services company.

     Nate brings a client-centered, service-oriented approach to his work and a strong focus on developing and maintaining long-term client relationships. He works hard to always be available to his clients and is committed to delivering results on even the toughest of searches.

     Away from the office, Nate's interests include a wide range of athletic participation, various youth and church activities, travel and an avid devotion to Chicago's dismal sports franchises. Living within a stones throw of Wrigley Field, Nate subjects himself to a lot of bad baseball. He also enjoys taking advantage of Chicago’s very active rock and blues music scene.
