Rick is a very knowledgeable search professional with over twenty five years of experience at New Directions. He has performed searches in a multitude of manufacturing industries, and disciplines, and enjoys the variety and challenge found within the executive search field. Having filled hundreds of high level searches, Rick always strives to find the top talent for our clients by applying his considerable breadth and years of experience, strong professionalism, determination, and creativity. Rick has both a B.S. undergraduate degree and an M.B.A. from Illinois State University.

     Rick is married with two children. He enjoys family activities, home improvements, playing basketball and reading.
