Tim joined New Directions Search in 1996. He believes the company's success over the years is because of its tremendous leadership. Integrity, trust, and hard work are at the core of what New Directions stands for; Tim prides himself on many of the same values. In the office, he works on both recruiting and business development. He is often credited for being the office practical joker and enjoys having fun in the office with colleagues.

     Tim graduated from Wheaton College with a B.S. in Physical Education and earned a Masters in Education from National Louis University. After college, Tim worked as a commodity broker on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He also spent many years as the assistant soccer coach at Wheaton College. His intense work ethic and desire to succeed are a few of his strengths.

     Tim is married and has three children. Outside of work he is as intense and hard working as he is in the office. He enjoys family activities, watching sports and coaching. His hobby is following and trading on a variety of foreign exchange markets.
